The following proposed decreased in rates and charges will become effective November 1, 2019, unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission, and will produce a decrease of approximately ($1,600) annually in revenue, a decrease of (.538%). as laid down, designated, described and depicted on that certain map or plat prepared by Potesta & Associates, Inc., dated April, 2005, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Monongalia County, West Virginia, in Map Cabinet D, Envelope 32A, which said map or plat is incorporated herein by reference for a descriptive and all other pertinent purposes. And being all the same property conveyed to Karen M. TERMS OF SALE:

Sale of the Real Estate will be made by the Trustee by public auction to the highest bidder. The Trustee reserves the right to reject any bid that in his or her opinion is inadequate. The highest bidder will be required to tender the purchase price in cash or immediately available funds by the end of the day of sale.
