Departing West Virginia receiver Marcus Simms officially enters transfer portal

MORGANTOWN — Wide receiver Marcus Simms moved forward with his plan to leave West Virginia on Monday afternoon, formally entering his name into the NCAA transfer portal. Multiple sources confirmed that Simms’ name is now in the portal.
