Preston County Grand Jury hands down 35 indictments

KINGWOOD — The October term of the Preston County Grand Jury returned 35 indictments.
Some names are repeated, indicting more than one indictment was handed up for them.
Indictments:
McGraw, Kristy Sue, 45, no address given — possession with intent to deliver Ritalin, receiving and transferring stolen goods, conspiracy.
Lowdermilk, Michael Wade, 30, of Kingwood — breaking and entering, receiving and transferring stolen goods, conspiracy.
Gardner, William Earl, 39, of Terra Alta — possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (meth), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Xanax).
Inscore, Earl Ernest, 45, of Tunnelton, — three counts delivery of a controlled substance (meth), possession with intent to deliver meth, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Inscore, Earl Ernest, 45, of Tunnelton — kidnapping, malicious assault.
Inscore, Earl Ernest, 45, of Tunnelton — failure to register.
Riley, April Lynn, 36, of Kingwood — five counts of delivery of a controlled substance (meth).
Riley, April Lynn, 36, of Kingwood — possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), conspiracy.
Rohr, Ashley Marie, 28, of Bruceton Mills — delivery of a controlled substance (meth).
Sisler, Lance Michael, 29, of Masontown — delivery of a controlled substance (meth).

Barrett, Steven Calvin, 42, of Tygart Valley Regional Jail — three counts of threats of retaliation against public official, domestic assault, unlawful restraint, obstructing an officer.
Noss, Steven Kent, 48, of Albright — third-offense DUI.
Sanchez, Juan Carlos, 31, of Albright — possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth).
Everly, Barbara Lee, also known as Missy Sidebottom, 53, of Kingwood — delivery of a controlled substance (meth), conspiracy.
Rogers, Raymond Wade, 42, of Reedsville — possession with intent to deliver controlled substance (meth), two counts of prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
Wolfe, David Lee II, 39, of Masontown — third-offense driving on license suspended or revoked for DUI.
Valentine, Michael, 34, of Tygart Valley Regional Jail — attempted first-degree murder, malicious assault.
Rosenberger, Brent Keith, 35, of Terra Alta — grand larceny by fraudulent schemes.
Henson, John Richard, 35, of Oakland, Md. — attempted first-degree murder, threat of terroristic acts.
Simms, Jacquline Danielle, 32, of Reedsville — eight counts of forgery, eight counts of uttering.
Rohr, Ashley Marie, 28, of Bruceton Mills — child neglect with risk of injury.
Schamberger, Richard Frederick Jr., 36, of Tunnelton — attempted first-degree murder, strangulation, child neglect with risk of injury.
White, Michael Shane, 37, of Elkins — grand larceny by fraudulent scheme.
Danks, David E., 58, of Newburg — two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.
Lobb, Amanda L., 39, of Tunnelton — first-degree arson.
Loughry, Timothy Allen, 27, of Kingwood — burglary.
Leggett, Amanda Marie, 34, of Kingwood — third-offense shoplifting.
Miller, Kevin Monroe, 60, of Newburg —fraudulent claim to insurance company, grand larceny by fraudulent scheme, two counts of conspiracy.
Miller, Doris Etta, 53, of Newburg — fraudulent claim to insurance company, grand larceny by fraudulent scheme, two counts of conspiracy.
Livengood, Michael Lee, 65, of Reedsville — possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana).
Turner, Matthew Lee, 33, of Tunnelton — two counts of malicious assault.
Brannon, Tammy Marie, 33, of Kingwood — fraudulent use of an access device.
Myers, Crystal Dawn, 34, of Reedsville — fraudulent use of an access device.
