Ukulele classes start Sunday at CAC

MORGANTOWN —Beginner ukulele classes start Sunday through the Community Music Program in WVU’s Creative Arts Center.
Learn how to read music in the treble clef, count rhythms, pick melodies and strum chords on the ukulele. Learn traditional Hawaiian and American folk songs, and popular songs of today.
This class, designed for individuals ages 10 to adult with little to no prior musical experience, will be offered Sundays or Tuesdays over eight weeks.
There are two different levels: Beginner and intermediate.
Cost is $89.97 plus processing fee.
