2018 midterm primaries shows uptick in early voting turnout in W.Va. compared to 2014

MORGANTOWN — Of the 66,736 registered voters in Monongalia County, 4,343 (6.5 percent) already made their selections when it comes to tomorrow’s primary election.
Early voting concluded Saturday across the state, with more than 68,000 votes cast, unofficially, across West Virginia’s 55 counties, according to information put out by Secretary of State Mac Warner’s office.
